All in all the show was good. The program of free shuttle bus transfers allowed to bring customers from different regions. We can already say that participation in this exhibition was effective for us. At the event, we met with a few new clients. We received very good orders, especially on spare parts for domestic machines.

Phoenix-Market is exhibiting at various exhibitions more than 15 years. The exhibition for our company is a mechanism of image support. Nobody expected that the event will bring a lot of customers, contracts and sales growth. But I think that it would be wrong to miss this exhibition. If the company works many years in the market, they are almost obliged to take part in such events to support their status and reputation. The presence at this exhibition is a main proof that company has responsible attitude towards client relationships. Also, I can note segmentation of the show (cars and equipment separately) as another pros of the exhibition, which helped to attract target visitors. Visitors were looking for specific things and asked specific questions. No more visitors who came just to look at cars.
